  1. General Information
    1. These Terms & Conditions apply to all cleaning services provided by Everfresh Cleaning Services.
    2. By booking a cleaning service with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
    3. Everfresh Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time, with prior notice to customers.
  2. Service Pricing
    1. Prices for cleaning services are outlined in our pricing chart.
    2. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
    3. Discounts for quarterly, bi-monthly, and monthly services apply only to Everfresh Cleaning Members.
    4. A 10% discount is available for end-of-tenancy cleaning services on the standard price for Members.
  3. Quotation & Service Confirmation
    1. All quotations provided by Everfresh Cleaning Services are based on the information provided by the customer.
    2. A final quote will be provided before service commencement. Any change in the scope of work may result in a revised quote.
    3. Quoted prices are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified.
    4. All quotations are subject to availability and the condition of the property.
    5. Additional services not mentioned in the original quote will incur extra charges.
  4. Invoice & Payment Terms
    1. An invoice will be issued upon completion of the service, detailing the total cost, including any discounts or additional charges, if applicable.
    2. Payment is due before we start the work or immediately upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed.
    3. We accept payments via Bank Transfer, Cash Payment, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and all Debit & Credit Cards.
    4. For recurring services, payment is required in advance before each cleaning session.
    5. For one-off services, payment is due in full on the day of service unless a payment plan has been previously arranged.
  5. Payment in Advance
    1. Everfresh Cleaning Services reserves the right to request full payment or a deposit in advance for services, especially for one-off or high-value bookings (e.g., end-of-tenancy or deep cleaning services).
    2. If a customer fails to make the payment in advance, Everfresh Cleaning Services reserves the right to cancel or postpone the service.
  6. Re-Cleaning Policy
    1. If the customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the cleaning, Everfresh Cleaning Services will offer a re-cleaning at no extra cost if the complaint is made within 48 hours of service completion.
    2. Re-cleaning will be scheduled at the earliest available time and may require access to the property to be granted again.
    3. This policy does not apply if the customer has caused changes or damage to the cleaned areas after the service.
  7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
    1. Cancellations or changes to the service date must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
    2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
    3. In the event that the cleaning service cannot be completed due to factors such as access issues or unavailability, Everfresh Cleaning Services reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.
  8. Liability
    1. Everfresh Cleaning Services is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property during the cleaning process, except where it arises from our negligence.
    2. We recommend that valuable or fragile items be removed from the cleaning area before our team arrives.
    3. Everfresh Cleaning Services is not responsible for pre-existing conditions such as heavy stains, carpet wear, or permanent damage to upholstery or surfaces.
  9. Services Offered
    1. Everfresh Cleaning Services provides various cleaning services, including but not limited to:
    2. All services are subject to availability, and prices may vary based on the size and condition of the property or the work required.
    3. For specialized services (such as oven or carpet cleaning), additional charges may apply depending on the condition and the time required to complete the service.
  10. Access to Property
    1. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the property is accessible for our cleaning team on the agreed date and time.
    2. If we are unable to access the property due to customer-related issues (e.g., locked doors, inability to reach the location), the customer may incur a cancellation fee or rescheduling fee.
  11. Privacy and Data Protection
    1. Everfresh Cleaning Services respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.
    2. Your personal information will be used solely for service provision and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
    3. We may use your contact details to notify you of promotional offers or service updates, but you can opt out at any time.
  12. Health & Safety
    1. Our cleaning staff is trained to perform tasks in a safe manner, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
    2. The customer must inform Everfresh Cleaning Services of any potential hazards or health risks in the property (e.g., aggressive pets, hazardous chemicals) before the cleaning service commences.
  13. Membership Terms & Conditions
    1. Member Discounts
      1. Members of Everfresh Cleaning Services are eligible for a 10% discount on standard cleaning services.
      2. Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
      3. Discounted prices for quarterly, bi-monthly, and monthly services apply only to regular cleaning schedules.
      4. The end-of-tenancy cleaning discount (10% off the standard price) applies to all members.
    2. Priority Scheduling
      1. Members are entitled to priority scheduling, meaning we will schedule your cleaning within 3 days of booking, subject to availability.
      2. If scheduling conflicts arise, priority will be given to members over non-members.
    3. Flexible Plans
      1. Members can choose the frequency of cleaning services (quarterly, bi-monthly, or monthly).
      2. Membership allows you to adjust your cleaning schedule with 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
    4. Membership Fees
      1. Membership is available on a monthly or annual basis. Fees for membership will be outlined in the agreement before signing up.
      2. Membership is non-refundable once payment is made.
    5. Cancellation of Membership
      1. Members may cancel their membership with 30 days’ notice.
      2. Membership fees are non-refundable after cancellation. Any outstanding balances for services rendered will remain payable.
  14. Changes to Terms & Conditions
    1. Everfresh Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
    2. Any changes will be communicated to customers in advance, and the updated Terms & Conditions will be available on our website.
